At all times, a variety of methods of manipulation could be observed. They manifest themselves in all areas of human activity and can be of completely different impact strength. Experts quite rightly point out that manipulation is a certain method of mental influence, which can be conscious and carried out at a purely subconscious level.

In a broad sense, such a concept as manipulation means the influence exerted on a person. This word is widely broadcast in such an area as NLP, where there is a statement that in one way or another everyone is always manipulated. It is for this reason that it can be quite rightly noted that any form of such influence is a certain psychological effect.

Speaking about this concept, one can cite such banal examples that occur in a person's life almost every day. Being in public transport, when giving the grandmother a seat, there is a mental impact, in fact, giving her a seat simply pushes her to take a free seat, this is manipulation. When an acquaintance or just a passer-by greets him with a smile, whether he wants it or not, he exercises certain control over the interlocutor and he automatically smiles.

From all that has been said above, it can be noted that each person manipulates everywhere and always, but this concept is true only if we speak in the broad sense of the word. If we look at the process more carefully, it becomes clear that the statement based on the fact that manipulation is always carried out is erroneous. In other words, not in all situations the impact or influence will be in this concept. For example, a direct order from a company director will not constitute manipulation, this is a regular job description that must be followed without fail. It can be concluded that different influences on a person can be divided into hidden and open, and so manipulations are strictly related to the hidden method of influence.

The fact that manipulation is always and in all situations is no secret to anyone, but not everyone is doing this. Some part of people does this without noticing, the other deliberately tries to live and harmonize with others as honestly as possible, therefore, by all possible methods, they try to avoid such influences.

It is incorrect to consider the described method of influence as a deception. This is based on the fact that manipulation, as a method of psychological influence, can be built without using deception as its basis. Methods of such a plan in the hands of parents, educators or other decent people are, as a rule, not directed against the interests of a person or a child. Any manipulation is a certain tool, and how it is used and for what purpose is determined by the person himself. Caring and understanding people practice extremely positive and constructive impacts.
