Not all children like to travel in a car, some of them find it difficult to sit still for even a few minutes, not to mention hours. To make the trip fun, you can keep both the child and yourself busy with fun games, for which you do not have to take a lot of toys with you on the road.

Step 1
Finger Theater. Finger puppets do not take up much space and cause a lot of positive emotions in the child. The kid will also like finger games (for example, "Magpie-crow", "We shared an orange")
Step 2
Give your kid a toy steering wheel, and he will be happy to steer for a long time, helping himself at the same time by depicting the sound of a moving car.
Step 3
Drawing on a tray. Keep a plastic tray in the trunk to hold your drawing sheet so your little one can draw in the car. The child can draw what he sees in the car window, how he represents the place to which you are driving. Ask him what he portrayed.
Step 4
Take with you puzzles, lacing, felt books with pockets, windows into which you can attach animals on linden trees.
Step 5
Sing songs together. Have your child guess the song from the first sounds of the melody you hum.
Step 6
Small children who cannot read can search for familiar objects on advertising posters and name them, older children search for familiar words.
Step 7
Teach your child about the inhabitants of the surrounding forests as you pass them. Examine parts of the face, fingers on hands.

With older children, you can play "Who is Faster", for example, who will see the animal, car, tree that was previously conceived faster than anyone else. You can change the game and find objects for the hidden letter.

Take an opaque bag and place some items in it. Let the child feel them and try to guess what is inside.

"Catch your finger." Let the child try to catch your finger with an open palm, which you raise and lower.
Step 11
Encourage your child to play with words starting with one letter. You can study road signs, come up with riddles, for example: a word begins with the letter "c" and ends with the letter "t", a mode of transport (answer: plane).
Step 12
Light snacks, cut into pieces that are comfortable to hold in hand, can distract the child. These can be fruits, dryers, crispbreads.
