Fast food is commonly associated with fast food, infusions and sandwiches. But this is not at all the case, especially when it comes to children. Baby food should be as nutritious, balanced and healthy as possible. Yes, and fast, as in this case.

In fact, there are plenty of quick and healthy recipes for children. One has only to brainwash, look around, remember your grandmother's table. And here it is - there are already two or three healthy dishes in a hurry in your arsenal.

Pasta dishes

Milk soup

Suitable for any child age from 1, 5 years old.

Always keep thin vermicelli in the house - a spider web. She prepares in minutes. Bring 1 liter of milk to a boil and season with salt.

Throw in two or three handfuls of cobweb noodles. Put the saucepan over low heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Add a lump of butter and cool slightly. The milk soup is ready. Almost all children love him. It contains protein, carbohydrates and fats. It is hearty, tasty and takes just 15-20 minutes to cook.

Noodle

Boil the pasta. The variety depends on the age of the child. For toddlers, it is best to use spiderweb noodles. For the older ones, any will do. An interesting dish is obtained with "feathers". Drain the finished pasta and place in a greased, heated deep frying pan.

Shake 2 eggs in a glass with a little milk or water and pour into the pasta. The liquid should cover the pasta completely. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and place in a well-preheated oven for 15 minutes. The cooled noodles can be cut into pieces like a cake and served with sour cream sauce.

Porridge

The easiest way to quickly feed your child with porridge is to buy instant porridge in sachets. A very tasty dish and healthy at the same time.

If you do not have such a saving bag at hand, take ordinary cereals (oatmeal, "5 cereals", etc., but not semolina - it is of little use) and grind about ½ cup of this product in an electric coffee grinder. Pour 2/3 liters of milk into a saucepan, add up to 1 liter with warm water and immediately pour the flakes, ground into flour, into the milk. Stir thoroughly with a whisk (not with a spoon and a fork) and put on low heat. Stay on the stove and stir the contents of the pot constantly, otherwise your porridge will burn.

By the time the milk boils, the dish will be almost ready. Let the porridge boil for 1-2 minutes and turn off the stove. Add salt, sugar and butter to taste. Children love this food.

Omelette

An omelet can be so delicious and appetizing that few kids will give it up. You just need to know how to cook it. The cooking time takes a maximum of 30 minutes.

Take 2 medium tomatoes, 1 onion, chop and fry in a pan. If you wish, you can throw pieces of sausage to them, but this is at your discretion and taste.

While the vegetables are cooking, beat a few eggs (about 5 for 2 children) in a deep container and beat with a whisk or mixer until frothy. Add some milk and salt well. The more milk, the longer the omelet will take to bake and the looser it will be. Pour the egg-milk mixture into the pan with the tomatoes and onions. Sprinkle the future omelet on top with any kind of hard cheese. Send to bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes over high heat. The omelet should turn out to be very beautiful, ruddy and appetizing.
