Instead of a traditional cake for a children's birthday, you can bring an impromptu cake made of juice and sweets to kindergarten or school. The advantage of such a cake is that it looks elegant, is in no way inferior to an ordinary cake, and it can be presented very solemnly. Sweet treats in such a gift are already divided into portions and will go to every child.
It is necessary
- - portioned juices (equal to the number of children in a kindergarten group or class);
- - suitable sweets (chupa-chups caramels, small chocolates, large candies and similar surprises);
- - small toys;
- - Styrofoam (thick cardboard) or empty boxes;
- - transparent tape (narrow);
- - double-sided adhesive tape;
- - thin cardboard;
- - sheets of colored crepe corrugated (wrinkled) paper;
- - satin ribbons (3-5 cm wide).
First you need to decide how many tiers the structure will have, traditionally 2-3 levels are made. In the base of the cake, you need to put something strong, for example, empty cookie boxes or dense foam washers and a backing.
Begin to assemble the cake by determining the size of the substrate. The role of the substrate can be played by a dense sheet of cardboard. Measure the size of the substrate as follows: put the juice boxes around the base of the first tier, retreat 4-5 cm and draw a large circle. These are the boundaries of the improvised dish on which the sweet structure will be transported.
The lower tier of the cake is made of juice boxes standing in the diameter of the base. Count the number of boxes that will fit around the lower tier, the rest can be placed in the center on the second floor. A circle-base cut out of foam plastic (an empty box of the corresponding diameter) is placed in the center on the substrate and fixed with tape. The sides of the base are glued with double-sided tape. Carefully removing the scotch tape, boxes of juice are glued in a circle.
Having made the first level of the cake, proceed to the second. To do this, the remaining juice boxes are placed in the center and fixed with tape to the base. On the outer edge of the put boxes of juice, place sweets or cookies. If the candy is not firmly attached, you can use small pieces of tape. The third tier can be laid out with small sweets, toys, chocolate eggs.
Each tier is tied with a satin ribbon, then fixed with a beautiful bow. If the base is visible, then it can be decorated with corrugated or wrapping paper, making a frill or making flowers. The whole cake is placed in a transparent, packaging bag and decorated with bows, ribbons or flowers to your taste.
