Braids have been and remain a favorite among girlish hairstyles, and this is understandable: the hair in a braid does not fly away, does not interfere with the girl's study. A well and tightly braided braid stays tidy all day long, and sometimes two or three days, which is certainly convenient for both mom and daughter. Some people think that braids are boring. They just don't know how to weave them!
An ordinary braid of three strands, which almost any girl learns to braid, from an early age training on dolls, can look quite original. So, two braids with ribbons woven into them, fixed at the base with bows, form a beautiful and simple hairstyle. You can start braiding both at the base of the back of the head and at the top of the head, or comb your hair to the side and braid it over one shoulder.
A hairstyle made of hair gathered in a ponytail using a soft elastic band and braided into a braid is very simple and at the same time looks quite impressive, especially if you decorate it with a ribbon or an original hairpin. The end of such a braid can either be left free or fixed at the base. Or you can wrap the braid around the elastic band, carefully securing it with invisible ones.
The same "ponytail" can be divided into several identical parts and each braided into a pigtail, fastening them at the ends with small rubber bands - this hairstyle is quite suitable for first-graders.
A spikelet or French braid also looks very cute and allows your hair to stay tidy for a long time. In addition, this hairstyle will suit girls with medium length hair, as well as those who would like to visually make their hairstyle more luxuriant.
The "spikelet" and the French braid are braided according to the same principle: first, a small part of the hair is taken from above, divided into 3 strands, and then a small strand of hair is seized on each side in turn and braided to the main braid. The difference is that when weaving with a spikelet, the strands are laid over the main weaving, and for the French braid, they are wound from the bottom.
You can diversify your hairstyle by braiding a spikelet or a French braid around your head, obliquely, from the side, in a zigzag pattern. Two or more of such braids, braided from the crown to the back of the head or in the perpendicular direction, look spectacular and neat.

You can also make a wreath from the ponytails. Divide the surface of the head with partings from the center into 8 equal sectors. Secure the hair in one of the sectors with an elastic band.
