Thirty years ago, getting to the children's camp "Artek" was a pipe dream of most schoolchildren. The Soviet Union collapsed long ago, but the camp on the Black Sea coast is still considered one of the most prestigious children's health institutions. But sending a child to Artek has become much easier than in Soviet times.
Instructions
Step 1
Place an order for the purchase of a voucher to Artek on the camp website. "Artek" works all year round, but in the summer it is better to purchase vouchers in advance, at least a month before the expected change. Upon arrival at the camp, you must have a voucher with proof of payment.
Step 2
Download the form of the child's medical record and the questionnaire for parents on the Artek website. You can fill out the questionnaire yourself, and the medical card is filled out by a pediatrician at a polyclinic at your place of residence. Keep in mind that if your child does not have a correct medical record, they may not be admitted to the camp.
Step 3
Make a notarized copy of the birth certificate if the child is under 14 years old. Children born before 2003 require a certificate of citizenship. A child from 14 years old is enough to have a civil or foreign passport. Issue a power of attorney from a notary to take the minor out of the Russian Federation, if you are sending him with an accompanying person.
Step 4
Prepare the necessary things that the child will take with him. Keep in mind that Artek has its own uniform, so there is no need to load your child with a lot of clothes. The obligatory list of things includes three pairs of shoes, one of which is sportswear, sports and bathing suits, a pair of towels, several sets of underwear and hygiene items. If the child goes to Artek in the summer, sunglasses, sunscreen and mosquito repellent will be useful.
Step 5
Don't forget your phone and pocket money. Five meals a day and excursions are included in the voucher price. But souvenirs, photographs or sweets are purchased at the expense of the vacationer. The money that the child brought with him is deposited into his personal account at the camp and is given out upon request.
