Instructions
Step 1
Family-type orphanages are created on the basis of families who want and can take up from five to ten children. At the same time, it is necessary to obtain the consent of all family members living together, as well as relatives and adopted children who have reached the age of ten. In a family orphanage, the total number of all children (including relatives and adopted children) cannot exceed twelve people.
Step 2
First of all, it is necessary to obtain an opinion, which confirms the possibility of spouses to become educators in a family-type orphanage. To do this, you need to collect a folder of documents and write an application to the guardianship and guardianship authorities at your place of residence.
Step 3
The application must be accompanied by copies of education documents of both spouses, marriage certificate and passports, certified by a notary. In addition, take extracts from work books and certificates of the established form about the average wage at work, as well as obtain medical reports on the state of health.
Step 4
On the basis of the collected documents, the submitted application and the act of examination by the guardianship authorities of the living conditions of a family wishing to create an orphanage, a resolution is issued within a month on the possibility of spouses being educators.
Step 5
If the decision of the guardianship and guardianship authorities is negative, then you must be informed about this within ten days. According to the legislation of the Russian Federation, it can be appealed in accordance with the established procedure.

If the conclusion is positive, then an agreement is concluded between the guardianship and guardianship authorities and the future family-type orphanage, in which all the nuances are negotiated: the number of children taken for upbringing and the duration of their stay in the family orphanage, as well as the salary of educators and the amount of benefits, paid per child.
Step 7
The age of children who are transferred to foster care in family orphanages can be very different: from birth to up to eighteen years. To ensure psychological comfort, the consent of each child and adults who take on the responsibilities of educators must be enlisted. The opinion of the administration of the state institution where the child is located is also taken into account.
