Children are divided into aggressors and victims. In any case, both are bad. It is worth explaining to the child what is bad and what is good. You should always look for the reason for this behavior in a conversation with a child.
Aggressors cannot control this feeling, it goes beyond what is permissible and suffers from this both the aggressor himself, whom it destroys, and the people around him. Usually they are bully and badass. They are aggressive towards educators, children and everyone who comes to hand. Children begin to be afraid of him, and the child of the bully is left alone, everyone avoids him. This detachment makes the baby even more angry, he becomes uncontrollable in words and actions. The culprit for this behavior is inattention on the part of adults, neglect of requests, ignorance of children's needs. This is just one side of the coin. The second type is the sufferer. Everyone offends him, he has no friends, the child is bypassed. There are many reasons for this - one of them: the child is considered weak and unable to give back. People are friends with those who are like them. And the rest are despised, who are at least somewhat different from the others.
There are quiet children who, having plucked up the courage, begin to call others offensive words, no one wants to be friends with them. For her part, the mother can talk to the child and explain that it is necessary to show respect and compassion for people. If the child suffers from communication in the children's team, the mother should talk with the educators, what may be the reason, try to find out from the baby, perhaps in this kindergarten they are hostile to him.
Then the solution will be to transfer to another group. If a child becomes a victim of bullying, he is beaten, it is necessary to take urgent measures, to meet and discuss with the parents of the conflicted aggressor kid his behavior. In no case should you provoke your child to retaliate, but you should not tease a weakling either.
