Adolescence in boys is a complex psychological and physical process that results in the transformation of a boy into a man. Nature has made sure that it runs individually for each teenager.
Some boys reach puberty as early as 9 years old, others begin to mature at 13-14, and reach reproductive age by 15 years. But this does not mean that they are fully formed and can have full-fledged children: a boy turns into a man only by the age of 23.
There are a number of factors influencing the transition period. First of all, this is a genetic predisposition, important are nationality, lifestyle, dietary rules and social environment. With regard to physical activity, excessive enthusiasm for them negatively affects the child's body. It is also worth noting the dangers of using alcohol, drugs and nicotine, because they noticeably slow down the development process.
The body of a teenager is intensively restructuring: the voice coarsens, the amount of hair on the body increases, bones and muscles begin to grow rapidly, and the genitals develop. It is exceptional that boys are not overweight in adolescence, which cannot be said about girls. But both have acne, although at the end of puberty, the problem disappears. During this time, excitability is aggravated, and boys feel a strong attraction to the opposite sex.
During adolescence, boys try to behave like adult men: they are ready to solve all problems on their own, without anyone's intervention. Quite often they are drawn to "feats", they make impulsive decisions. And if something does not work out, they become aggressive, irritable, they are pursued by nervousness and dissatisfaction.
Experts recommend that parents be especially attentive to their child during this difficult period: help and guide, look closely and be ready for any surprises. From early childhood, it is necessary to accustom children to the correct way of life, to correct the social circle, if possible, to teach them to find like-minded people, because not only their health, but also their well-being depends on this.
