Instructions

Step 1

Go to the website of the electronic commission that manages preschool institutions. Register, enter your full name, create a username and password, and enter your email address. This is where the confirmation of registration will be sent.

Step 2

Before completing your application for enrollment, select up to three preschool institutions that would be preferred to attend. And only after that fill out the form and send the application. In the application, indicate the child's details - birth certificate, registration address and the desired date of admission.

Step 3

An individual confirmation code will be sent to you by e-mail. Confirm your registration within 10 days. After the registration is confirmed, you will have 30 days to collect all the necessary documents for the child.

Step 4

When all the documents are ready, go to the multifunctional center for the provision of public services. In addition to the child's documents, only the parent's passport is required. If all the documents are collected correctly, the child is entered into the list of applicants.

Step 5

Wait for a call or e-mail with a message about the child's enrollment in kindergarten. You can also track this information on the site yourself.

Step 6

If you do not have direct access to the Internet, then, having collected all the necessary documents, contact the Multifunctional Service Center. All information can be given by phone or in person.
