Step 1
Semolina is a capricious product, so it is very important to learn how to cook it correctly. If you fill it up right away, it will gather into lumps, and if you don't cook it, it will turn out tasteless. To avoid this, learn how to properly pour semolina into the liquid. Do this with continuous stirring, use two spoons, hold one in your right hand and stir, and the other in your left and slowly pour semolina. In addition, instead of a second spoonful of cereals, you can make a small paper bag, fill it with semolina and gradually pour it into the liquid through the hole. Check the readiness of the semolina porridge to taste. Each time you cook porridge, keep track of the time from the moment of boiling until it is fully cooked, so you will not need to constantly try it.

Semolina porridge 5% (for children aged 5 to 6 months) Sift semolina and pour into boiled water in a thin stream. Cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring constantly. Then pour in milk and add sugar. As soon as the porridge boils, remove from heat. It should turn out to be liquid so that you can give it to your baby from a bottle.
