Fresh air is necessary for a child, and sub-zero temperatures are not a contraindication for winter walks. The main thing is to dress the baby correctly. Be sure to adhere to the principle of layering when dressing your baby. The first layer is underwear. The main function of such underwear is to keep the baby's body dry. The second layer is a blouse and pants or overalls. When dressing your baby, choose clothes made from natural materials. The ideal option would be things made of fleece or wool.

The third layer of clothing is a winter set. It doesn't matter what it will be - a suit, an envelope or a jumpsuit, the main thing is the quality of the material. It must protect against moisture and wind. The lining of a winter outerwear must be able to retain heat and absorb moisture.
Step 4
Pay attention to the baby's head. Put on two caps of different density under the winter hat. Again, the layering effect will work, and your baby will feel comfortable on the walk.
Step 5
Dress your child according to the weather outside. Do not wrap up and, conversely, do not seek to temper the baby. Depending on the outside temperature, such as late autumn or early spring, vary the number of layers as you see fit. The main rule is that the baby is not hot or, conversely, cold.
Step 6
To understand whether the baby is comfortable or not, touch his nose. If it is hot, it means that the child is hot, if it is cold, it is frozen. If a small nose is warm, then its owner is comfortable and warm. You can safely continue walking further.
