As a rule, parent meetings in the kindergarten are conducted by the head or educators. But the initiative can also come from the parents if there is any serious problem that needs to be discussed. This can be the renovation of the kindergarten, the conditions of the children, an emergency and some other issues.

Instructions

Step 1

Decide on the topic of the meeting. Prepare your presentation. It should not be very long, but succinct and specific. If you decide to arrange for your parents to repair the group, try to calculate in advance how much money will be needed. You may need the help of a specialist who can make an estimate. It is better if there is such a specialist among the parents.

Step 2

Talk to other parents about other topics that could be discussed in this meeting. It is necessary to value your own and other people's time, so you should not gather too often. If there are such topics, ask those who think they are important to prepare short talks as well.

Step 3

Discuss with the presenters which experts you would like to receive clarification. The presence of a supervisor, education department representative, doctor, or community manager may be required. They will also need to be given the floor.

Step 4

Draw up and write down the agenda and those who prepare certain questions. Think about the best order for the discussion. You need to start with the most important question. Calculate approximately how long it takes to speak on each issue and add time for discussion. Parents' meeting should not last longer than an hour and a half. Discuss possible solutions with other parents in advance.

Step 5

Decide what kind of visual campaign you need. This could be a slide film, a photo exhibit, or an exhibition of children's work, depending on the theme of the meeting.

Step 6

It is necessary to announce the upcoming meeting in advance. Of course, there are exceptions - for example, when an emergency needs to be discussed urgently. In this case, you can gather the parents on the same day. In all other cases, people should have at least a week to plan their time. Write your ad.

Step 7

As a rule, meetings are held in the evening hours, when the work shift of the teacher has already ended. But not all parents will be able to take their children home. Think about who and where will work with the remaining children. This could be one of the caregivers, nanny, or one of the parents.

Step 8

Prepare a group or music hall. Arrange chairs, place a table for the presidium, arrange visual propaganda.

Step 9

You will hardly need a large presidium, but there must be a chairman of the meeting and a secretary who keeps minutes. The minutes shall include the number of those present, the agenda, transcript of speeches, questions, answers, decisions and the number of voters. After the protocol is rewritten into a clean copy, the chairman and secretary sign it without fail. If the issue is very important and the decision is supposed to be sent to higher authorities, all parents can sign.
