Mom and baby were discharged from the hospital. Here is a joyous moment: the baby lies in the crib and sleeps peacefully … And for his parents a difficult time is coming. And one of the aspects of this time is the production of documents.
Upon discharge from the hospital, the mother receives three documents in her hands: a maternity card, a birth certificate coupon, a child's birth certificate. The mother's card must be taken to the polyclinic to the local therapist, the coupon - to the place of work or to the clinic for calculating benefits. And with a certificate of the birth of a child, we go to the registry office.
The registry office will give you a birth certificate for your child. It is not worth delaying with this: the certificate is valid for 30 days. But you, in addition to the certificate, need to make a lot of other documents. In the registry office, fill out an application, provide copies of parents' passports and a marriage certificate to enter information about the father. The application must be signed by at least one of the parents. Usually the certificate is made during the day.
Next, we make a registration. With a certificate and a passport of one of the parents, we go to the local housing office. Registration is usually done for several days. When receiving a certificate of registration, ask for at least 3 certificates of family composition. It will come in handy.
One of the certificates, along with a package of other documents, must be submitted to the education department to provide a place in a kindergarten.
With a second certificate, dad must go to work - he will be given a tax deduction for the child.
If you are a large family, then with a third certificate, go to the social security department - you must recalculate your rent and provide a number of other benefits. We also order SNILS there.
Next, we make the TIN. It can be ordered from the tax office (the package of necessary documents is usually standard: passport, birth certificate, marriage certificate, TIN of parents) or at the Multifunctional Center for Social Services of the Population.
After receiving these documents, we assign citizenship to the child. This procedure is simplified as much as possible. In the department of the Federal Migration Service, you provide the child's birth certificate, registration certificate, parents' passports. Within 7 working days, the FMS employees put stamps in your passports, and the information about the child is entered into their database.
Finally, we order a health insurance policy. Despite the fact that the baby does not have this policy, it is still served under the mother's policy. But you will need it to get free medicines and baby food. You can get a policy at any clinic, not necessarily at your place of residence, or at private accredited insurance companies. After ordering the policy, you will be given a certificate according to which you are required to serve. The policy is usually done for about a month. You will need: a passport of one of the parents with a residence permit and a mark about the presence of a child and a birth certificate of the child.
