Here is your baby and was born. But not only the hassle of feeding, lulling, leaving, and developing the baby awaits you. Soon after leaving the hospital, you will have to deal with the paperwork for the baby.
Instructions
Step 1
Birth certificate
At the hospital, upon discharge, you were given a medical certificate of the birth of a child. You need to go to the registry office for this document and with the parents' passports within a month after birth. Of course, if for some reason you could not apply within this period, you can still get a certificate. However, over time, this procedure can become much more complicated. From the registry office you will be sent to pay the state duty and in a few days you will be able to receive a birth certificate in your hands.
Step 2
Paternity certificate
If the parents have not registered the marriage, but live together, they will also have to issue a certificate of establishment of paternity. Even if you decide to sign after giving birth, you still have to issue this document. But if you are a single mother, do not forget to take the form 025 certificate, it will come in handy for applying for benefits.
Step 3
Registration in kindergarten
To do this, you do not even have to wait for the child's registration. Come with a birth certificate and passport of a parent registered in the area to the education department. If you are registered in another city and live in a rented apartment, then you will need a certificate of actual residence at a specific address, and a certificate from the clinic that the child is being observed at a site in this area. It is worth hurrying up with the queue to kindergarten due to the problem of availability of places in preschool institutions, sometimes a couple of days of delay can be worth an extra year of waiting or going to a kindergarten located far from home.
Step 4
Registration at the place of residence
Previously, a child could not be registered until the age of 14. He was automatically registered at the place of registration of the mother. Now you need to register immediately. Bring the child's birth certificate, your passport, and a document of ownership of housing to the passport officer of the housing department. If the owner of the living space is not you, then this person also needs to be present and give his written consent to registration. Of course, the rent will increase immediately. But it is not always possible to register in another place, for example, with the child's grandmother. Firstly, the baby is attached to the clinic according to registration, and secondly, there may be problems with the RONO.
Step 5
Citizenship
It seems to be an optional stamp, but if you need to travel with a child outside the country, in the absence of a mark on the baby's citizenship, problems will arise. In addition, citizenship must be obtained if you are applying for benefits. To obtain citizenship, you need to go to the passport and visa service with a birth certificate, originals and copies of parents' passports, an extract from the house book and a marriage certificate. Here, the parents will enter the child in their passports.
Step 6
OMS policy
Even the smallest patients are not served without this document, except for the coupon of the birth certificate, but it is designed only for the first month. The policy can be obtained either at the children's clinic itself, or at the office of the insurance company. To obtain, you need to provide a baby's birth certificate and a passport of one of the parents.
Step 7
SNILS
If earlier this pension insurance card was issued at schools and at work, now this document must be obtained from birth. She is also needed for service in the clinic. Contact the district office of the pension fund with an application, passport, and baby's birth certificate. Usually SNILS is issued within 2 weeks.
