In order for your newborn child to become a full-fledged citizen of the Russian Federation, it must be properly "formalized" - registered with all the necessary organizations and receive the following documents: birth certificate, citizenship, registration at the place of residence and compulsory medical insurance policy.
Instructions
Step 1
To issue a birth certificate for a child, you will need:
-statement;
-Certificate of the birth of a child, which is issued at the hospital and is valid for 30 days;
- passports of both parents;
- marriage certificate.
With these documents, you need to contact the registry office at the place of residence within 30 days from the date of birth of the child.
The surname of the newborn in the birth certificate is indicated by the surname of his parents, the name - by agreement of the parents. If the parents of the child are married, then the registration of a birth certificate is carried out at the request of one of them, otherwise the obligatory presence of both parents is required. Information about the father is entered into the child's birth certificate on the basis of a certificate of establishment of paternity or according to the mother's words.
Step 2
Registration at the place of residence.
A newborn child can be registered at the place of residence of one of the parents. To obtain a child registration document, you will need:
- an application from one of the parents about the registration of the child at the place of residence;
- an extract from the personal account or house book from the place of residence of the father and mother (issued by the EIRTs or employees of the passport office);
-certificate that the child is not registered at the address of the second parent (issued by the PRUE or the passport office staff);
-Certificate of birth of the child (original and copy);
- originals and copies of parents' passports;
- marriage certificate (if any);
- an application from the 2nd parent, confirming the consent of the 1st parent to register the child. All copies of documents with the exception of passports and marriage certificates must be certified by the head of the housing office. Registration at the child's place of residence is carried out within a few days. Moreover, this does not require payment of state fees. Everything is done for free. On the birth certificate of the child, the passport office employees must put a stamp confirming the presence of registration.
Step 3
Compulsory health insurance policy.
It can be issued either at the children's clinic or at the insurance company at the place of residence. To do this, you will need:
- passport of one of the child's parents with a registration mark;
-the birth certificate of the child.
Step 4
Registration of citizenship.
To obtain Russian citizenship for a child, you need to contact the district department of the Federal Migration Service. To do this, you will need:
- passports of both parents;
-the birth certificate of the child.
Employees of the Federal Migration Service, on the basis of the above documents, on the reverse side in the upper left corner of the birth certificate will affix a stamp confirming Russian citizenship. This is done immediately on the day of treatment.
