It is necessary

  • - Sports Equipment;
  • - soft mats;
  • - trampoline;
  • - colorful albums about sports;
  • - massage mats;
  • - musical accompaniment;
  • - masks of fairytale heroes;
  • - scenarios of sports games integrated with fairy tales

Instructions

Step 1

When designing a sports corner in kindergarten, take into account the age characteristics of a particular category of pupils. Children between the ages of two and four have a constant need to move. They need to be given sufficient space and fill it with various sports equipment.

Step 2

Buy rocking toys, soft and hard balls of different sizes, walking slides, etc. At a younger preschool age, children do not yet strive to obey any play scenarios and use objects in accordance with their impulsive desires.

Step 3

Combine sports activities with role play. To do this, prepare masks for cartoon characters, think over an action scenario. Place enough soft mats on the floor to prevent babies from being injured by accidental falls.

Step 4

In the middle group, add jump ropes and hoops, wall ladders, a trampoline and various sets for outdoor games (for example, skittles) to the sports corner. Create colorful, educational photo albums about various sports. All also play various games with the participation of fairy-tale heroes, adapted to sports activities.

Step 5

In the older group, when organizing activities in the sports corner, include elements of fitness and aerobics. Purchase special tailor-made rugs for each child. For boys, add special children's dumbbells and other "strength" exercise machines to the sports equipment. Develop in the children the ability to act according to the set rules, make colorful descriptions of some games with a visual representation of each stage.

Step 6

Teach children not only to muscle training, but also to the healing effects on the reflex zones of the body, for example, on the feet. Buy or make special massage rugs together with children and their parents (you can sew buttons of various shapes and sizes on the canvas, or come up with something else).
