Step 1
In order for you to be able to place your child in one of the preschool institutions, register your child in advance in the citywide queue for kindergarten. The sooner you do this, the better. In most Russian regions, parents put their children in line immediately after their birth.
Step 2
You can register in the citywide database on the website of the Committee for Preschool Education, or directly at this institution. Upon successful registration, your child will be assigned an individual number by which you can track his order in the general list.
Step 3
When it's your turn to apply to kindergarten, the specialists of the Committee for Preschool Education will definitely notify you about this. They will also clarify which preschool institution you need to contact.
Step 4
In order for your child to be admitted to kindergarten, go to the head of the institution or her deputy. Take all the necessary documents with you. First of all, you will need a passport and a baby's birth certificate. Also, take with you a printout from the official website of the Committee on Early Childhood Education, which contains the individual number that was assigned to your child when entering the queue.
Step 5
Submit the child's medical record with the passed medical commission to the preschool institution. In order to get a card, contact the polyclinic at the place of registration. There you will also receive directions for passing all the necessary specialists.
Step 6
When the doctor issues a conclusion that your child is completely healthy and can attend a preschool institution, and also gives you a card with all the necessary marks, go to the kindergarten management to conclude a contract. In addition to all of the above documents, take your civil passport with you. Without it, the contract between you and the head of the kindergarten cannot be concluded.
