Step 1
The education committee is responsible for the formation of groups and the enrollment of children in preschool institutions. You can find out when the admission starts for the new school year by phone. The preschool education specialist or secretary should explain to you what documents you need, as well as tell you the time and conditions of admission. In some municipalities, documents are accepted strictly at office hours on a first-come, first-served basis, in others there is a preliminary appointment. It is possible that there is already an electronic queue in your locality. This can also be found out in the education committee.
Step 2
To enroll, you need a parent's passport, which must contain a registration stamp. In many municipalities, there is a procedure whereby children living in the neighborhood of a kindergarten enjoy the priority right. In situations where a family is registered in one area, and lives in another, the document that gives the right to get to the kindergarten at the place of residence is a rental agreement. Make copies of your passport, child's birth certificate, certificate entitling you to benefits, as well as from the lease, if necessary.
Step 3
The education committee should give you a sample application. They can also issue a special form (but they are not available everywhere). The statement is written in the same way as any other. In the upper right corner, indicate to whom your appeal is addressed (for example, the chairman of the education committee or the head of the education department, the last name and initials of the official), from whom (your last name, first name and patronymic), as well as home address and contact phone number. Under the word “application” write: “I ask you to provide my child Petr Sergeevich Ivanov, born in 2012, a place in kindergarten No. 7”. Indicate from what moment you would like to send your child to kindergarten. Add a number and signature. A committee specialist must register your application and provide a queue number. Visit the committee periodically and ask if you have made it to the top of the list or not.
Step 4
To join the electronic queue, it is enough to register on the website of the Education Committee. Passport data and information about the child are entered in the windows provided for this. Through the site, you can and follow how your turn is progressing. In this case, copies and originals of documents will need to be brought to the education committee when your turn comes and you come for a voucher.
