Most often, a child with congenital neuropathy is called "nervous". Communication with such a baby brings a lot of problems and discomfort. Such children are uncontrollable and irritable.

Instructions

Step 1

Such a child must be observed by a neurologist. The cause of the baby's nervous behavior can be vegetopathy, neuropathy, or organic brain damage. Evaluate your child at a neurological clinic to determine the cause of your child's nervous behavior.

Step 2

If no serious violations of the central nervous system have been identified, then these behavioral disorders will go away by 7-8 years. Their causes are most often the emotional experiences of the mother during pregnancy. Troubles at work and in the family, passing exams at the institute, as well as pathological childbirth - all this is reflected in the fetus and leads to the birth of a child with neuropathy. If such events happened in your life, accept their consequences as a fact and do not demand the impossible from your baby. You need to take into account all the features of its development and be patient.

Step 3

Provide him with a calm, comfortable environment at home. Do not raise your voice or turn on the TV loudly. In such children, the threshold of excitability is reduced. What seems normal to you can be very annoying to him. Observe him, and when you understand the reasons for his overexcitation, eliminate them.

Step 4

Such a child cannot be indulged and at the same time cannot be at war with him. You cannot constantly pull it back, try not to notice many little things. The kid may laugh too loudly, rush around the apartment, tear newspapers or eat in the wrong place. This is normal for his condition. Prohibit him only what really goes beyond - if he hits someone, lights matches, walks up to the stove while cooking and other dangerous actions. If he is constantly pulled back, his whole life will turn into continuous torment. This not only will not relieve him of nervousness, but, on the contrary, will provoke its development.

Step 5

It is especially hard with such a child in a public place. He may throw a tantrum in the store, demanding to buy something. This behavior is designed not only for the parents, but also for the people around them. In this case, do not yield to him, otherwise every joint trip to the store will turn into a performance. Silently turn around and leave, regardless of the indignant remarks of other people. When he catches up with you and calms down, calmly explain to him that this behavior is unacceptable.

Step 6

In the process of raising such a child, it is important to come to an agreement that if one family member forbids, the other should not allow it. This is unacceptable for any child, and especially fraught with neuropathy. For such children, any extremes are generally unacceptable, punish only for serious offenses, love without a hint of egocentrism. Don't put him above all other family members and don't praise him unnecessarily.

Step 7

Nervous children quickly get tired and exhausted. They should not be taken on a visit and asked to demonstrate their abilities in public. Until their nervous system gets stronger, try to avoid going to the circus, zoo, children's parties and other events. Reduce TV viewing to a minimum, it can perceive only good children's cartoons without damage to the nervous system.

Step 8

Children with neuropathy develop rapidly. Do not force this process, buy toys and books according to age. Pay more attention to the moral aspects of education, prepare the child for conflict-free communication with peers. Use positive examples from children's stories and cartoons.

Step 9

A child with neuropathy often has a poor appetite. Do not turn his feeding into a performance called "eat another bite, then …". It so happens that parents are ready to walk on their heads, just to feed their child. This cannot be done. First, it is better for these children to follow a diet and not overeat. Foods that excite the nervous system (cocoa, chocolate, fried and spicy foods, carbonated drinks with caffeine) should be excluded from the diet. Secondly, such increased attention to oneself has a detrimental effect on children's perception.

Step 10

With proper upbringing, a calm reaction to all children's whims and tolerance, congenital children's nervousness goes away by school. Follow the rules of raising a nervous child from the first days of life, then you will avoid serious problems with him in adolescence.
