Take your child with you. Let him lead the dog on a leash. At least some responsibility will contribute to a calmer behavior of the baby and the ability to focus.

Enroll an overly active child in the sports section. The section of athletics, football, basketball, horse riding is suitable. Let him take out his energy in sports. Then the long-awaited peace and quiet will come to your home. If sports sections for some reason are not your option, play outdoor games with him in the yard or on the beach. Or for a week, give your baby a glass of hot water before bed, stirring three teaspoons of honey in it before going to bed. It is better to limit other sweets with this therapy. A hot drink with honey will normalize your baby's sleep and calm the nerves.

If the child's nervousness is related to his spoiledness, you can use the method of "social therapy". In other words, send your child to some kind of team - a children's choir, a sports section, a kindergarten, invite children from the yard to his birthday. Communication with other children will help him realize that he is not the only child in the world - there are other children and in order to be friends with them, you need to respect them.
