Step 1
Ask for help even when your baby is very young. Are you cleaning? Young children love to help their parents. They constantly strive to grab the rag from their hands, take a vacuum cleaner, and wash the dishes. However, the mother often limits the child herself, in view of the fact that the baby will not be able to do it the way it should. Let the child do everything on his own, and then you yourself will fix and redo everything. The main thing is not to refuse him, otherwise the child will later get used to the fact that they do not need his help and will stop responding to requests.
Step 2
Treat work yourself calmly and loyally, and not with hatred and reluctance. If you need to go and work in the garden, go there with pleasure - set a good example. A child, looking at this attitude towards occupational therapy, will not resist. He will take work for granted, it will not burden him. On the contrary, he will gladly help and work physically.
Step 3
Encourage your child and praise him when he does some work, however small. He will instantly feel his importance and will want to be constantly needed where help is needed. Remember the famous phrase: "work ennobles a person." Be an adherent of this phrase yourself and teach your children the same.
