Necessary

  • - 1 tbsp. oatmeal;
  • - 3 tbsp. milk;
  • - butter;
  • - salt, sugar to taste;
  • As additives to porridge:
  • - fruits and berries;
  • - raisins, dried apricots, prunes;
  • - honey;
  • - condensed milk;
  • - Orange;
  • - carrot.

Instructions

Step 1

Pour the oatmeal overnight with two glasses of milk and refrigerate. Add another glass of milk in the morning. Season with salt to taste. Put the porridge over low heat and cook for 7-10 minutes.

Step 2

Then add sugar and butter to the oatmeal. Whisk everything in a blender until an airy homogeneous mass is formed.

Step 3

You can sweeten and decorate the porridge with various additives. For example, mix berries or fruits with oatmeal - strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, pieces of apple, pear, peach or banana.

Step 4

There are no fresh berries or fruits at hand - replace them with dried fruits. Raisins, dried apricots, prunes will do.

Step 5

Wash dried fruits under running water and pour boiling water over them to steam and become soft. Then mix them into the porridge. Raisins can be used whole, and dried apricots and prunes can be chopped before adding to the oatmeal.

Step 6

You can also paint the oatmeal with a little fresh carrot or orange juice.

Step 7

Squeeze carrot or orange juice on a juicer. Add it to the finished porridge and mix well.

Step 8

For a little sweet tooth, you can add honey or condensed milk to the porridge. Mix 1-2 tablespoons of the product with ready-made porridge and invite your baby to the table.

Step 9

Remember, oatmeal is a heavy food. Therefore, feed your child with such porridge in the morning or at lunch. And make him lighter food for dinner.
