Newborn babies often have scabs on their heads that prevent hair from growing. In fact, this is the same dandruff as in adults and is an indicator of the active work of the endocrine glands. In addition to the ugly appearance, the crusts can also cause inconvenience to the baby, due to dry skin, itching may occur, and the child will not be able to help himself. Therefore, it is best to remove the crusts as early as possible.
It is necessary
- Greasy baby cream
- Sponge
- Hairbrush
Instructions
Step 1
We slightly moisten the baby's head and thickly smear the formed crusts with baby cream.
Step 2
The cream should be well absorbed into the skin and soften the hard crusts. To do this, it is better to leave the cream for two hours.
Step 3
When bathing, we soap the child's head well. We take a soft baby sponge and clean the soaked crusts well with it. If you choose the right sponge, you will not harm the baby's skin, even with vigorous rubbing.
Step 4
We wash off the soap and see if there are any traces of the cream. It is not easy to wash it off in one go due to its oily consistency.
Step 5
After bathing, wipe dry and comb the baby's hair, removing the remaining crusts.
