To make life easier, try to eat a little, but often. At the same time, do not get carried away with heavy food, preference should be given to fruits and vegetables.

Do not forget that pregnancy is a time when you need to limit physical activity. Do not lift heavy things, take less rush. If your job involves harmful factors, ask to be transferred to another job that will not threaten pregnancy.

During pregnancy, the properties of the circulatory system change, there is a tendency to edema and varicose veins. Therefore, try to spend less time in the same position. If the job is sedentary, get up and warm up from time to time. If you have to spend a lot of time standing, do not forget to rest. You also need to bend over correctly, preferably not bending in the lower back, but squatting on your haunches.

Ask management if there is an opportunity to shorten your stay at work. Maybe you will be allowed to transfer some of the work to your home or introduce an hourly schedule.
Step 6
At the slightest suspicion of a pregnancy-threatening condition, do not go to work. If necessary, find yourself a replacement for this time. You can take a sick leave from a gynecologist, but its absence will still not be a reason for dismissal - in accordance with the labor code, an employer has no right to fire a pregnant woman for absenteeism.
