Of course, now there are many shops with different clothes, but the prices for such things are not the smallest. What if the child wears it only once? In this case, it is worth making a pack with your own hands. We offer one of the possible options for making a tutu skirt without using a sewing machine, threads and needles.
Step 2
Tie the two ends of the elastic or sew a button on one end and make a buttonhole for it.
Step 3
Tie the rectangular pieces of fabric one by one along the entire length of the elastic, distribute evenly.
Step 4
You can make not one, but several levels of the skirt, but in this case the tulle should not be tied, but sewn on. Be sure to lay the upper row of fabric so that it overlaps the joints of the lower one, so the skirt will be fluffy and neat.
Step 5
If necessary, starter the fabric and shape the garment to the desired shape.
Step 6
The option of a better and more interesting tutu skirt will require patience and sewing skills from you.
Cut the double seam flared skirt one third shorter than the final skirt.
Step 7
Cut tulle or organza into strips 22, 18, 15, 10 cm long and 15 cm wide.
Step 8
Overlap the strips, starting with the longest from the hem of the skirt. This is the base of the pack.
Attention: the bottom row must be sewn very evenly, all strips must be of the same length
Step 9
Open the sun skirt and sew to the base from the top. Sew on the belt.
