All future parents are concerned about the date of the baby's birth. Someone plans this in advance. There are several ways to calculate your baby's day of birth. In the antenatal clinic, the obstetrician makes several calculations (according to the day of the last menstruation, according to the results of ultrasound, according to the first fetal movement and the date of conception). You can find out the estimated one yourself. But it is important to remember that all calculations are approximate and you will not be able to find out exactly the birthday.

Instructions
Step 1
If you are planning the birth of a baby at a specific time (for example, in mid-January), then the method of determining the date of birth by the date of conception can help you. This process is laborious and complicated, but nothing is impossible. You can find out about the birthday, but you should remember that this date is approximate. For correct calculations, a van needs to keep a diary of menstrual cycles for at least six months. It is important to mark the first day of your period and how many days it lasts.
Step 2
Next, count each menstrual cycle (from the first day of the previous period to the first day of the next). So we get six digits for the last six months (you can also take the value for a year). Sum all the cycles and divide the resulting figure by six. Get the middle cycle. You are interested in calculating the time of ovulation, this is the first day on which fertilization is possible. The ovum leaves the follicle and enters the fallopian tube (this is where the sperm and ovum must join). Ovulation occurs in the middle of the cycle, so divide this figure by 2 more.
Step 3
Since the cycles are slightly different in the number of days, ovulation also varies, so add two days in both directions to the middle of the cycle. These are good days for conceiving a baby. It is worth remembering that sperm can live in the tubes from two to seven days, so the first attempt should be made a couple of days before the expected date of ovulation. The birthday itself is simple to determine, you need to apply the Negele formula, for this, subtract three months from the first day of the last menstruation and add seven days. You can also do it a little differently: add nine months and seven days to the date of the first day of your last menstrual period.
Step 4
The above method is only suitable for women who have a stable menstrual cycle. If you have a hormonal imbalance or a big difference in menstrual cycles, then you should try other methods.
