Zucchini is one of the best foods to start with. This vegetable is rich in vitamins and minerals, is easily absorbed by the child's body, and most importantly, it practically does not cause allergies. If the time for complementary feeding for the child comes in winter or spring, take care of preparing the zucchini in advance.

Instructions
Step 1
Select young, strong zucchini no more than 18-20 centimeters long. The fruit must have intact skin.
Step 2
Rinse vegetables thoroughly under warm running water, if necessary, use a soft brush or sponge. Spread the zucchini on a towel and let it dry completely.
Step 3
Use a vegetable knife to free the fruit from the skin and stalks. Cut the courgettes into cubes, small cubes, or circles.
Step 4
Place the pieces on a tray (cutting board) wrapped in cling film. It will prevent the zucchini from freezing to the surface of the board. Place the tray in the freezer for 3-5 hours. During this time, the vegetables will freeze and will not stick to each other during storage.
Step 5
Empty the zucchini pieces into a sturdy bag or place them in a plastic container. Write the date of freezing on the container and put it back in the freezer. The vegetables harvested in this way will retain all the useful qualities until the next harvest.
