It is very difficult to live without friendship. There are never many friends, usually a rather limited circle of people. There is an opinion in society that there can be no friendship between a woman and a man. However, this point of view is still often refuted.
A person begins to think about friendship between a woman and a man in his school years. Teens learn to distinguish between friendship and love. It is at this age that an opinion may be formed about whether it is possible to simply be friends with the opposite sex or not.
Often, friendships between boys and girls arise in companies or groups of friends consisting of several people, where there are couples interacting with each other. In such an atmosphere of camaraderie, quite good relations are formed between the female and male half, based on joint hobbies and interests.
Usually, people who claim that such a friendship is impossible, faced with a lack of communication precisely in adolescence, unable to learn how to get along with the opposite sex. These are mainly shy individuals or people with a lack of upbringing. As adults, they begin to consider the opposite sex only from one side - as an object for intimate relationships.
A strong friendship may well develop between a woman and a man, which will continue throughout their lives. Even after starting with a family, they continue to be friends no longer alone, but with families. And their children, having received the appropriate upbringing, also often continue to be friends, like their parents.
The advent of the Internet is probably the last point in the debate on this issue. Various social networks and communities have become a gathering place for so-called virtual friends. Here it is practically unimportant what gender the interlocutor is. It is already important everything in common that unites these people, gives them the opportunity to communicate on a daily basis and solve any problems together. All this allows us to conclude that friendship between a man and a woman is not a myth at all, but a real necessity in the modern world.
