Gone are the glorious days when children got everything for free. From now on, parents have to pay for almost everything, including vouchers to summer camps and sanatoriums. However, part of the money spent can be returned by submitting documents for compensation.

Step 1
Find out your rights. Some groups of persons are legally entitled to partial compensation for the payment of children's vouchers. In particular, these are parents or their representatives who paid at their own expense for a child's stay in a children's health camp for a shift not exceeding 21 days. In addition, organizations that have provided rest for the children of their employees are entitled to partial compensation. The amount of reimbursement of the cost of vouchers ranges from 40 to 90%. Usually employees of budgetary organizations are reimbursed 90%, and employees of commercial enterprises no more than 50%. The same rule applies to legal entities.
Step 2
Members of an incomplete or large family, whose income per person does not exceed the established subsistence level, are entitled to a full refund of the cost of the voucher. Families with one or two disabled parents also fall into this category. Persons who have lost their ability to work in the line of duty and war veterans can count on full compensation. Apply for 100% compensation even if your child underwent sanatorium treatment in a health-type camp as prescribed by a doctor.
Step 3
The right to receive compensation is given once a year and only to one of the parents or his representative. The rule applies to one camp shift, not exceeding 21 days and held in the department of the Russian Federation.
Step 4
Collect the necessary documents to receive compensation. You will need to present your passport and a certified copy. Also copied documents of the child, confirming his identity, and a certificate of registration for minors, as well as the originals of these papers. Find out the full details of the bank that serves your personal account. Do not forget to attach a return pass from the camp confirming that the child was actually there during the shift.
Step 5
Contact the department of the Department of Education in your local area and write a claim for compensation. Attach all collected documents to it. The money will be transferred to your personal account within 3 months after registering your application.
