The kindergarten teacher sometimes asks parents to write a review about their work. This is usually required if the teacher wants to pass certification and receive a higher category. Parents' opinion can be important for the “Educator of the Year” professional skill competition or for a show in which the entire kindergarten participates. In the latter case, the head or methodologist may be asked to write a review about the teacher's work on a specific section of the program.

Instructions
Step 1
Watch your child. If he has been attending the group for a long time, you already know a lot about how things are. Small children usually copy adults in everything. The teacher does not take the last place in the life of the baby, and the child often takes on his role in the games. Organize such a game, invite your child to be a teacher and see how he will behave. If he calmly, affectionately and cheerfully handles his toys, "children", feel free to grab the pen.
Step 2
Feedback assumes a freer form of presentation than a characteristic. In this case, it is not necessary to indicate the education and general work experience of the teacher. Under the word "review" write the last name, first name and patronymic of the teacher, the number or name of the group and the number of the kindergarten. Tell us how long the provider has been working with your child.
Step 3
Describe how the caregiver treats the children. Is your child willing to join the group? What does he tell you when he comes home? Pay attention to how neat the baby comes from kindergarten. Tell us how they dress him for a walk.
Step 4
Write down what your child has learned during his time in the group led by this teacher, whether the child has new knowledge and interests. Take a closer look at how often conflicts arise in the group and how the teacher deals with them.
Step 5
Talk about how often the provider provides you with information about your child. Does he tell you about problems, does he give you advice on how to overcome difficulties, does he willingly answer your questions? Do you find the information you need in the parent's corner and in conversations with the teacher?
Step 6
Write down whether the teacher treats all children equally attentively, whether there are those among the children with whom he treats worse. Chat with other parents. Ask them to share what qualities they think are the most positive as a caregiver. As a rule, a good teacher has no favorites and outcasts in the group. In addition, he is equally free to contact all parents.
Step 7
Indicate if you like the group setting. Is it clean there, are the temperature conditions and the ventilation schedule observed? It is not necessary to ask for instructions, which should be in any kindergarten. But you yourself probably paid attention to what children walk in the room, and whether they open windows there in the morning and in the evening.
Step 8
Tell us about how the caregiver works with the family. Do parents help to decorate the group, replenish it with toys and manuals, are there “open days” for parents, family holidays in the group? Remember the most interesting thing that you saw.
Step 9
Note whether you feel comfortable at work when your child is in kindergarten. Are you sure that everything is fine with him? Minor injuries happen even where children are always busy and never left unattended. However, if something happened, the child should be helped on time and in no case should the incident be hidden from the parents. If the teacher is not afraid of responsibility and always informs you about unpleasant cases with the child, be sure to mention this.
Step 10
Write a review on a draft. If the opinion of the parenting team is required, coordinate what you wrote with others. Maybe they want to correct or add something. The revocation does not apply to strict documentation. It can be handwritten or typed on a computer. If you are writing it by hand, do so in clear, legible handwriting. Having printed the text on a computer, do not forget to indicate the date and decryption of the signature under the text. Sign the document by hand.
