A caring mother always remembers how many times a child needs to be fed so that he sleeps soundly and grows up happy. To achieve this goal, every mother knows one little secret - how to properly sterilize the nipples so that the baby's food is healthy.
Instructions
Step 1
To avoid misunderstandings in the kitchen with utensils, buy a special saucepan in which you will boil water only to sterilize the nipple. Aluminum or enamel cookware is fine for good disinfection.
Step 2
After feeding, place the bottle in boiling water. Try to make sure that the water gets into the inside of the bottle completely. Don't give germs a reason to find a place to breed.
Step 3
If you are afraid that you can distract yourself from boiling the bottle and it will melt in a saucepan, put a gauze in several layers in the bottle. The gauze will absorb the melted mixture from the nipple, bottle, or pacifier. There will be less work.
Step 4
How long it will take to sterilize the nipples can only be learned with practice. The sterilization time depends not only on the type of bottle or pacifier, but also on the material from which they are made. And the degree of pollution also matters.
Step 5
Remember that pediatricians recommend sterilizing the nipple every time your baby drops it. If possible, pour boiling water over the nipple each time before giving again to the baby. Do not forget that even if you monitor the sterility of your home very carefully, there will always be germs on the floor. Microbes from the nipple, according to pediatricians, are often the cause of dysbacteriosis, diathesis and completely unexpected infections. Especially watch out for the sterility of everything that gets into the child's mouth if there are animals in the house.
Step 6
When you go for the saucepan, find a good clear container for storing your pacifiers. At night it can be very useful to you. Also place a couple of spare sterilized bottles next to the bed overnight.
