The purpose of this exercise is to maximize the development of the child's hyoid ligament stretch and to teach how to relax the muscles of the tongue in an elevated position. To do this, you need to open your mouth wide, and place the tip of the tongue on the tubercles of the front teeth. It is necessary to perform this exercise 2-3 times, holding the tongue in this position for about 15-20 seconds.

Exercise 2 - "Woodpecker".
The purpose of this exercise is to develop the tip of the tongue. It is not difficult to do it. To do this, it is necessary that the child opens his mouth wide and strongly strikes the tubercles of the front teeth with his tongue, while pronouncing the sound "d". You need to perform this exercise for 15 to 20 seconds.
Step 3
Exercise 3 - "Drive the mosquito".
The purpose of this exercise is to teach a child to self-induce the tip of the tongue to tremble with a strong jet of air.
To do this, stick out the tip of your tongue and attach your upper and lower lips to it. A strong jet of air, which is directed to the tip of the tongue, is able to set it in motion - the tongue trembles.

Exercise 4 - Biting the tip of the tongue.
The purpose of this exercise is to stimulate the muscles of the tip of the tongue.
To do this, you need to place your lips in the form of a smile and bite the tip of your tongue. You need to perform the exercise about 8 - 10 times.

Exercise 5 - "Horse".
The purpose of this exercise is to teach a child to stretch the hyoid ligament of the tongue. To do this, you need to suck the tip of your tongue to the palate and click. You need to perform the exercise about 15 - 20 times.
