Step 1
The first payment made by the state after the birth of a new little man is a one-time benefit when a child is born or when he is transferred to a family for upbringing. One of the parents of the baby or one of his guardians can apply for this allowance. You should apply for a lump sum payment within six months from the date of birth of the baby.
Step 2
The payment of a one-time allowance for the birth of a child is carried out either at the place of work, or at the place of study of one of the parents, or at the RUSZN, if the mother and father of the baby are unemployed. It is made, as a rule, within 10 days from the date of submission of the package of necessary documents.
Step 3
To receive a one-time benefit for the birth of a child at the place of work, you should provide 2 passports, yours and your spouse, a baby's birth certificate, a certain certificate from the registry office, the account number to which the payment should be received, as well as a document from the place of work of the second parent, confirming that that he did not receive a lump sum.
Step 4
If both you and your significant other are unemployed, apply for a lump sum for the birth of a child at the RSZN at your place of residence. To do this, take with you both passports, your and your spouse's, a child's birth certificate, a certificate from the registry office, the account number where the money should go, two work books with dismissal records, yours and the baby's second parent. If you or your spouse have never worked, submit to the RUSZN certificates, diplomas and other documents confirming that you or your spouse have not been employed.
Step 5
If you become happy parents of two or even three toddlers at once, a lump sum will be paid to you for each baby.
