Best suited for this are dried fruit compotes, sweet tea with milk, still water. During the holidays, you can drink some non-alcoholic beer that does not contain preservatives.

You shouldn't completely give up all your favorite foods and drinks. If mom, for example, loves coffee very much, it is perfectly acceptable to have a cup of coffee with milk in the morning.
