Take a walk in the fresh air often. In the warm season, it is better to take walks in the morning and in the evening, while it is not too hot. Do special exercises for pregnant women, but be sure to consult with your doctor before starting classes. Do not stay up late, proper sleep is very important for the proper development of the baby and the well-being of the expectant mother.
Step 5
Master the skills of positive thinking, you shouldn't be nervous and worried now. Avoid socializing with people you dislike. Surround yourself only with positive emotions: favorite books, pleasant music, funny films and close people - that's what you need at this stage of your life.

Think of your pregnancy and upcoming birth as a positive and completely unique life experience, and do not waste this precious time on often unfounded fears and worries.
