A good nanny is not easy to find. As a rule, newcomers turn to the agency, experienced parents are looking for among friends, with a recommendation. And when a suitable person is found, the question arises about his monetary reward.
Instructions
Step 1
Decide how long you need to keep the baby. There are several options. Most often, mothers who want to devote a lot of time to themselves are looking for a nanny with accommodation. But it happens that such a nanny is also hired by middle-income parents who have a busy schedule, often working overtime. Such people are also ready to sacrifice a decent amount in order to have a small opportunity to relax a little at home. The cost of babysitting services in this case strongly depends on the region, the degree of her employment: whether she will cook for the baby, wash his clothes, come up with educational games.
Step 2
Hire a nanny for five working days a week if you don't want to send your child to kindergarten. This way you can maintain control over your baby during the work week and spend weekends together. Set the nanny's pay in the form of a monthly salary or for each day worked.
Step 3
Choose a nanny with irregular working hours or hourly pay if you do not need to leave your child alone for a long time. This option is convenient for those people who need a night nanny or a weekend nanny.
Step 4
Discuss the size of the salary with the nanny, then discuss the issue of paying sick leaves, holidays, vacations. As a rule, weekends are paid in full, and not going to work through the fault of the employer - in the amount of 50%. Sick leave remain unpaid. Decide what value you can offer per hour of working time if you plan to use this method of calculation. In this case, only the amount of time actually worked is paid.
Step 5
Conclude an employment contract with the nanny, according to which she will comply with her obligations, and you will pay her a salary at least twice a month, provide days off and leave for at least 28 calendar days a year. By law, the document is drawn up in duplicate, one for each party, and registered with the local municipality.
