Step 1
To enroll a child in kindergarten, you will need the following documents: a passport of one of the parents, a birth certificate, SNILS, a residence permit, a child's medical policy.
Step 2
You can fill out an application using the Internet through the public services website, on the education department page or on the municipal services portal, depending on the region of your residence. Go through the registration procedure and fill out a special form. In it you need to enter the details of the parent, who will act as a representative of the child, and information about your baby. Be careful when filling out. If you miss any column, the system will allow you to go to the next step, but the final statement will not be generated until you correct all the errors.
Step 3
You will be given the opportunity to indicate the required kindergartens, no more than 3. Find out in advance the numbers of institutions located near your home, and enter them in the appropriate boxes. In the future, you can ask to inform about free places in other gardens, but the selected ones will remain a priority.
Step 4
You can also specify the date when you want to enroll the child in kindergarten, for example, when the baby reaches one and a half years of age. However, a children's educational institution has the right to accept your child only after his third birthday, if it does not have a nursery department.
Step 5
At the end of the process, you will receive a message to the email address you specified during registration that the application was sent and you must provide the original documents to the municipal education authority within a month in order to receive a ticket to kindergarten. This can be done through the multifunctional center.
Step 6
Sign up for a suitable date at the multifunctional center of your area via the Internet. Then you will need to enter the issued pin code, print the coupon and wait for the call. If you have any questions, you can contact the education department, which issues a ticket to kindergarten. All contact numbers are provided by the call center of the portal that accepted the application.
Step 7
All original documents must be brought to the MFC. If one of the parents, acting as the applicant, cannot appear, the other can enroll the child in kindergarten instead. He must have both passports. After visiting the MFC, a paper original of the application remains on hand from the date of filling out the form on the portal and with a stamp on admission to the queue.
