Queues for kindergartens exist in many Russian regions. You should worry about getting a place for a child in a child care institution a few months before the mother needs to go to work. In most kindergartens, groups are formed in the summer, before the start of the new school year, but this does not mean at all that the child cannot be taken to kindergarten at another time.
Necessary
- - birth certificate of the child;
- - passport of one of the parents;
- - medical card of the child;
- - a medical certificate, if a kindergarten of a compensating type is recommended for a child:
- - certificate for benefits;
- - rental agreement (if you live in a rented apartment);
- - photocopies of documents;
- - computer with Internet access;
- - phonebook.
Instructions
Step 1
The allocation of places in kindergartens is the responsibility of the local government, or rather, its education department. In metropolitan areas, the easiest way to apply is through the electronic reception. In many small towns, such an electronic service is also available, so first of all, go to the website of the local administration and see if it is possible to sign up for the electronic queue.
Step 2
Electronic service sites are not much different from one another. In the appropriate window, you will need to select the type of services, in this case - educational. You will see a list of categories in which you will find the line “queuing up for a preschool institution”.
Step 3
The next step is registration. Enter information about yourself and your child in the appropriate boxes. This is the most common information: last name, first name, patronymic, date of birth, registration address, series and number of passport and birth certificate. In special windows you will find the question, by what date you would like to get a place in the kindergarten and at what time. If you are eligible for a preschool admission benefit or medical indication for a place in a specialty group, please include that as well. Submit your data. An email will be sent to your email address with a message that you are registered in the queue. This form of registration allows parents to monitor the progress of the queue without leaving home. It may happen that at some point your last name on the list will be lower than it was. This means that the municipality has been approached by families eligible for preferential placement.
Step 4
Despite the fact that e-services are becoming more and more popular, you can contact the education department in person. The preschool supervisor should give you a sample application. It contains the same information about the parent and child as in the electronic form. The same specialist accepts your documents and will tell you the queue number. In this case, you can control the progress personally, periodically visiting the same office.
