Step 1
Even the busiest mom can bake apples. To do this, take two medium fruits, carefully cut out the middle (seed part) with a knife, without cutting through. You will get such a kind of round pot with a narrow neck so that the skin does not burst during cooking, you need to prick it with a fork.

Pour sugar into the hole (to taste, depending on whether you take a sour or sweet variety of apples). The result is even better if honey is put in (assuming your child is not allergic to honey). Add crushed nuts mixed with cinnamon there (the amount of cinnamon for both apples is half a teaspoon, nuts to taste). Put the apples on foil or baking paper and put them in the oven. The dish is cooked at an average temperature (170-180 degrees), about 20 minutes.

After the apples are cooked (this will be seen by their changed, slightly wrinkled shape), you can decorate them yourself or provide the decoration of the apple dessert to your child, providing him with creative material.
