Symptoms and causes of bradycardia
Disease in children can be caused by both external and internal factors. Common causes of the development of bradycardia are dysfunctions of the endocrine and nervous systems, high intracranial pressure, previous infectious diseases, severe hypothermia, nicotine or lead poisoning. Also, an ailment can appear after taking potent drugs, with hypothyroidism, problems with cerebral circulation and the rapid growth of the heart and internal organs.

Symptoms of bradycardia include lethargy, weakness, poor appetite, dizziness, loss of consciousness, shortness of breath, cold, profuse sweats, surges in blood pressure, low concentration, chest pain, and slow heartbeat. Due to a malfunction of the heart, the body is poorly supplied with blood. This leads to depletion of the heart muscle, which ruptures over time. Bradycardia treatment
After the diagnosis is made, the child should be regularly seen by the doctor. In the case of moderate bradycardia, without obvious cardiac pathologies, there is no need for therapy. If, together with this ailment, a disease of any organ or system is detected, the doctor prescribes therapeutic measures to eliminate this disease. In complex therapy, drugs are used that eliminate oxygen starvation, correct electrolyte metabolism.
With severe bradycardia, which disrupts blood flow, antiarrhythmic drugs are prescribed. These include drugs that include one of the components such as caffeine, belladonna, atropine, eleutherococcus extract, ginseng root, isadrin and belladonna. All drugs are selected individually for the child. The therapy is based on the complete elimination of the disease that caused the occurrence of bradycardia.
Also, during the treatment of the disease, sunbathing, classes in the pool, gentle dousing and morning exercises will be useful. Long and regular outdoor walks are recommended.
