Instructions

Step 1

All children who are going to go to kindergarten undergo a medical examination. This procedure can be completed in your district polyclinic at your place of residence, but commercial institutions also have the right to fill out a children's card.

All mothers strive to pass all the specialists faster, without thinking how hard it is for their child. Therefore, it is recommended to take your time and stretch out the visit to the clinic for at least a week. Thus, the child will not get tired, he will not be afraid of doctors, which means he will not cry and will allow himself to be examined calmly.

Step 2

You need to start a physical examination by visiting your pediatrician. She will give you a special children's card (A4 format), where she will enter all the data about your child, about his vaccinations, about past illnesses and parents. This card is valid for about six months (check with the pediatrician), but you need to have time to go through the doctors in a month. This is important because specialist records are only valid for one month. It turns out that, having started to undergo a medical examination on the first day, you need to have time to finish it before the first day of the next month.

You will also have to fill out an application in which you give the right to narrow specialists to examine your baby at the medical board. The pediatrician will write you a list of specialists you must go through. She will also write out directions for tests, which will need to be passed at the end of the medical examination.

Step 3

Next, you yourself will have to make an appointment with narrow specialists. As advised above, do not take many numbers for one day, it is too tiring for a child. At the medical examination, you need to go through such specialists as:

- an ophthalmologist who will examine the fundus of a child and determine the degree of his vision;

- an otolaryngologist who will examine the ears, nose and throat; write down the features of their structure;

- an orthopedic surgeon who will examine the child's posture, his gait (how he puts his foot); will determine if the baby has a hernia or dropsy of the testicles;

- a psychiatrist who checks the degree of development of the child and his psycho-emotional state;

- a neurologist who checks the baby's nervous system and the functioning of the vestibular apparatus;

- a dentist who looks at the condition of milk teeth and oral cavity;

- urologist / gynecologist who looks at the condition of the genitals in boys / girls.

It happens that you also need to go through a dermatologist and speech therapist (from 3 years old). Sometimes, according to the results of these specialists, the child may be additionally referred for an appointment with other doctors in order to eliminate the risk of pathologies.

Step 4

After all the specialists, you need to pass tests. This is:

- general urine analysis;

- general blood analysis;

- blood for sugar;

- analysis of feces for eggs - worm;

- scraping for enterobiasis.

All tests can be taken in one day. But you need to try to be in time, tk. laboratories are usually only open in the early morning.

Step 5

After all the procedures, you need to come to your pediatrician again. She will be the last to examine your baby. She will also write out a certificate of the epidemiological environment, which says that the child has not been in contact with patients for the last seven days and is completely healthy. At the end of the appointment, the pediatrician will give permission to attend the kindergarten.

You yourself will need to take the child's card to the kindergarten and hand it over to the manager so that the child can be enrolled in the group.
