Step 1

Step 2
The rules of compulsory medical insurance for the population of the city of Moscow clearly define the categories of citizens who are eligible for a compulsory medical insurance policy. These are citizens of the Russian Federation and other countries living in Moscow, as well as citizens working at Moscow enterprises.
Thus, in order to receive a compulsory medical insurance policy for a child, you need to present only two documents - a birth certificate of the child himself and a passport of one of the parents with Moscow registration.
Step 3
A compulsory health insurance policy for a child is issued at a children's clinic at the place of residence or at the nearest office of an insurance company that deals with compulsory health insurance in your area. Try to get a compulsory medical insurance policy for a newborn baby before the baby reaches three months. Only up to this age are children entitled to free medical care.
