But if you are ready to become parents, turn to orphanages, where thousands of children are currently being held waiting for their dads and mothers.

- - Documents on family income;
- - Documents on housing conditions - financial and personal account, papers confirming ownership (for privatized apartments);
- - Certificate of no criminal record. It can be taken from the ATC (ATS);
- - Application completed according to a special form.
Instructions
Step 1
Go to the guardianship and guardianship authority (PLO) and write a statement on which you ask for an opinion on the possibility of becoming foster parents.
Step 2
Wait while the OOP examines your living conditions and verifies the documents required to take the child into a foster family. The decision to issue an opinion is prepared within 20 days.
Step 3
If all the documents and conditions are in order, the PLO take from them a list of children who can be adopted, and also issue a referral to visit with this authority.
Step 4
After you have visited the orphanage, make a decision on adoption within 10 days, as the law says. Next, write a refusal or consent, and you can again contact the PLO for a list of children. The number of directions to visit is not regulated.
Step 5
If you agree to take the child, write an application to the court for adoption and attach all the necessary documents.
Step 6
Wait for the decision - the court will issue a verdict according to which you will have the right to take the child into your family or not.
