There are four fairly simple ways to endure a breakup with a loved one more easily.
1. It is necessary to completely stop communicating with the person who dumped you. Conversations, ridiculous (and sometimes completely drunk) calls, sobs and constant showdown will not lead to anything good.
2. Stop feeling sorry for yourself. Constantly feeling sorry for yourself, you are only etching a fresh wound in your soul. Talk to your friend, cry, maybe even shout, and then gather yourself together and continue living on.
3. Pamper yourself. Buy yourself a gorgeous bouquet, go for a manicure or massage. Take a hot bubble bath. Gather your friends and have a party. Buy yourself some clothes.
4. Keep yourself busy. Walk a lot, sign up for a foreign language course or, finally, get a driver's license. They help to survive the breakup of playing sports or handicrafts. You can start drawing, knitting, cross-stitching. Get yourself a pet, caring for it will distract you.
Grow, relax, enjoy the world around you. Life does not end, it is beautiful and amazing!
