All children are different - some are more hardened, others from the very birth are absolute "frozen". To determine if the parents are comfortable with the airing mode and clothes for sleeping, you can check the baby's nose several times during the night (like on a walk).

If the child constantly takes off the blanket during sleep, instead of a blanket, you can use a baby sleeping bag, special fasteners for the blanket (they attach the blanket to the sides of the bed). Alternatively, you can dress the child warmer, with the expectation that he will sleep without shelter at night.

If you unnecessarily wrap the baby at night, his sleep will be restless, diaper rash may appear, and the body temperature may rise in infants, because their thermoregulation mechanism is still imperfect. Therefore, it is important not to tangle the child before bed.
Step 5
In the autumn and spring periods, when the heating is turned off in houses, it is advisable to wear insulated pajamas and warm socks on the child. If the baby gets cold (cold nose), you can put on a cotton blouse and pants over the pajamas. It is better to avoid things made of wool as nightwear, this material is prickly, and thin fibers from it can cause irritation.
Step 6
In winter, provided there is good heating in the house and with a weak ventilation mode, it is enough to put on cotton pajamas for the child.
Step 7
In night clothes for a child, you should avoid strings, buttons, tight elastic bands. Also, you should not wear tights and socks with a tight elastic band on your child at night.
Step 8
If your child is comfortable sleeping in panties in summer, you should not force him to wear pajamas. Enough to ensure that mosquitoes and midges are not disturbed at night.
