In the future, you should be invited to the registry office to personally sign the application for divorce, as well as provide the originals of the necessary documents. By law, you are required to be divorced within a month of filing your application. At the end of the divorce proceedings, the spouses receive a notice of acceptance of an application for divorce and a divorce certificate (1 copy each).
