Many mothers believe that dad will not be able to cope with the baby, will not be able to change the diaper, feed and calm him down. And in vain, by the way! Tens of thousands of men are bravely raising children without mothers and doing a great job. So do not humiliate the father of your child with distrust.

It is no secret that the awareness of paternity reaches men somewhat slower than the feeling of motherhood reaches women. But this does not mean that, if necessary, a man cannot be entrusted with his own child. It has been scientifically proven that all the necessary skills and abilities are inherent in them at the physiological level. And even if clumsily, albeit not as fast and dexterously as mom, but dad will be able to change the baby's clothes and feed him. Communication between father and child is necessary for both of them and mothers do not need to be afraid to leave them alone. In the presence of mom, dad will surely find an excuse not to perform an "arch-difficult" duty, but being alone with the baby, he will not be able to do this.

A few practical tips for moms

1. Before leaving, leave everything you may need in the most conspicuous place so that your husband can easily find everything without grabbing the phone and not calling you for help every five minutes. Prepare your child (and dad, of course) to eat, drink, favorite cartoons, books, toys.

2. At a later age of the child (3-5 years old), try not to interfere with the communication of the child with the dad. Many mothers prompt each step, both to the baby and to the father - he can, he says, he loves, do it, put it here, take a spoon differently. It is absolutely impossible to do this! In most cases, communication between the father and the child is rare due to the father's eternal employment. So do not interfere - this is their time, it is up to them to decide and they learn to interact and dialogue! In these rare moments, the child receives male attention, male skills, upbringing, etc. What you have to give him, you give, but dad rarely has time, so try not to interfere with the process. Even girls need to receive male attention and know the male opinion on a particular issue.

3. The child went to school … Do not completely take on communication with teachers, leave such a pleasure to dad. Let at least occasionally he escorts the child to school and meets him, attends parent-teacher meetings and emergency calls. The same situation with doctors - sometimes dad can go there, or rather MUST!

Remember - both a man and a woman should take part in the education of a healthy personality, in the formation of the child's socialization. And only in this case, the child will form a solid character, he will be self-confident, sociable.
