Happy sunny days can be a big problem for your baby. Unfortunately, it is very difficult for children to understand that they are overheated. This becomes obvious a little later: nausea begins, complaints of pain in the head or throat may appear. Due to poor health, the child will be capricious and mischievous. Simple precautions can help you avoid this.

Necessary

  • - clothes made from natural fabrics;
  • - headdress;
  • - comfortable shoes;
  • - Sunglasses;
  • - bottle of water;
  • - sunscreens;
  • - an umbrella from the sun.

Instructions

Step 1

Start taking care of your child's health with a meticulous inspection of the wardrobe. In hot weather, skip clothing containing synthetics. Outfits made of soft linen, thin cotton, viscose are best suited. Light colors are preferable: do not dress the child in very bright and dark colors - they reflect the sun worse. According to the style of things, it is better to choose wide ones, the seams and fasteners of which are guaranteed not to rub the skin.

Step 2

An important point is shoes. Choose open sandals made of fabric or leather for your child. Give up plastic, rubber: in them the leg will sweat quickly. If the shoes are new, it is best to wear them with a thin cotton toe the first time.

Step 3

Get some panama hats. Choose models with "ventilation": nets, openwork weaving, etc. When trying on, remember that the hat should not fit snugly. So the child will definitely not rub the head. To prevent the panama hat from falling off, attach a tie made of a wide satin ribbon (a thin elastic band can cut painfully into the skin).

Step 4

Choose the right time for your walks. Best hours: before noon and also after five in the evening. It is not worth spending the day exclusively on the beach. In addition to playing in the sand (of course - under an umbrella), the kid will find a lot of interesting things in a green park, shady alleys, playgrounds.

Step 5

Be careful with the conditioner. It is enough for a hot child to spend about five minutes under it to catch a cold. However, a stuffy room is not an option either. Turn on the cooling system at temperatures just a few degrees below outdoor temperature. As you adapt, it can be slightly reduced.

Step 6

Use baby skin protection to keep your beach time safe. For the first days, a filter with a high value is needed, as you get used to it, you can use a medium one. Apply cream / milk 7-10 minutes before going outside, and then every time after bathing.

Step 7

Take a bottle of water, unsweetened tea with you for a walk. Kefir relieves thirst well. In the heat, you should give up juices and carbonated drinks: you will want to drink from them even more. Do not let your child stay in the water for a long time: it is easy to get overcooled and burned here. Regulate your swim by taking short breaks.
