The birth of a son in a family imposes certain obligations on the parents. Raising a real man from a still tiny man is troublesome, but all the efforts will pay off when he becomes an adult.

Step 1
Show masculinity with your dad. Boys strive to imitate their father in everything, he is the main example and incentive for them to develop. That is why, wishing to get something from their son, dads should actively show this quality or skill by their behavior. If you are a single mother, involve grandfathers, uncles, or good friends of yours in raising your son who are truly capable of being an example.
Step 2
Instill respect for women. This is one of the most important qualities of a real man. The son should respect you, his sister and other representatives of the fairer sex around him. If he fights girls, talk to him like an adult, explain that women need to be cared for and cannot respond to the punches of a strong man.
Step 3
Cultivate a sense of neatness in your son. It should be manifested in everything - from his clothes to the state of the room or personal corner of the house. Get out together, ask the kid to hide the toys in place. Try to explain to him that the way he looks affects the attitude of those around him. Pick up clothes together, taking into account his wishes, instill a sense of style.
Step 4
Give your child to the sports section. Sport gives many positive qualities: endurance, physical strength, desire to win. Wrestling or soccer practice will bring equally positive results. The main thing is not to do anything forcibly - the child must decide for himself whether he is interested in a particular sport.
Step 5
Ask your son for help. A boy feels much more mature when his mom or dad ask him (just like an adult) to help them in something. Mom should teach her son to do housework, so it is worth involving him in washing dishes, cleaning and other chores. Dad, on the other hand, must teach the child other things - take the kid to the garage to repair a car or motorcycle, hammer in nails and fix chairs together.
